Aliya Lampert
Aliya Lampert was born in 1974 in Atyrau/Kazakhstan. After graduating with distinction from
a Kazakh high school, she came to Switzerland in 1992 to attend a boarding school (Gymnasium)
near Zug, which she graduated from in 1995 with the Swiss Matura (class of mathematics).
She went on to study at “Haute Ecole Commerciale” in Lausanne and then transferred to a
private American university in Geneva. She graduated from undergraduate school with
the degrees of Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Business and Bachelor of Arts in Business
Administration (BBA) as well as the Certificate in Marketing in 1999. In 2002 she finally
graduated from post-graduate school of the university with the degrees of Master of Arts (MA)
in International Business and Master of Business Administration (MBA).

During and after her studies she was working for a Kazakh business conglomerate (International
Relations) as well as for some international Geneva-based old (Marketing and Project Management)
and new economy (Client Relations) companies. In 2003 she moved to Zurich to work for
Credit Suisse as a Relationship Manager for the Russian speaking market. There, she successfully
built up an excellent client base and left Credit Suisse in 2012 in the position of a Vice-President.
